We Broke God's Laws (sinned) - How Do We Escape God's Eternal Judgment

In spite of our Failures to Obey God, He loved us so much, that He made a way of Escape from His Holy Eternal Wrath. (Rom 5:8)

Here is God's Plan to save us from Eternal Hell— Jesus always existed as God, with God the Father.
(John 1:1,14; John 10:30; Rev 22:13)

Jesus became a Man (John 1:14; Ph 2:5-11; Col 2:9),

Born of a Virgin (Matt 1:23),

Conceived by the Holy Spirit (Matt 1:18; Luke 1:26-35)

On the Cross, a Holy God poured out His Anger, Fury, & Wrath, that we deserved because of our Sin
(Eph 2:3-4; 1 Thess 5:9-10), onto a Holy, Perfect, & Sinless Jesus. (Heb 4:15; 1 Pet 1:19; 2:22-24; Col 2:14; Isa 6:3)

Jesus became our Substitute when He died on the Cross. (2 Cor 5:21)

Heb 9:22 says, "Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sins."

God treated Jesus as if He had personally committed every Sin, committed by every Person, who would ever Repent & Believe. (1 Pet 3:18)

Jesus physically rose from the Dead. (Luke 24:36-43; 1 Cor 15:3-8)

Jesus is Returning Soon to Judge the World with Justice. (Rom 2:5-11, 2 Thess 1:7-9)

Jesus is the ONLY Way to be Saved from Hell. (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Isa 43:11)

Jesus warned us about Hell, in— Matt 5:29, Matt 7:13, Matt 8:12, Matt 22:13, Matt 10:28, Matt 13:42, Matt 13:50, Matt 25:30, Matt 25:41, Matt 25:46, Mark 9:43-48, Luke 16:19-31, etc.

The Lake of Fire— Rev 20:13-15, Rev 21:8

Hell is the Final Destination for all people who do not Surrender all to Jesus.

We believe the Lord wants everyone to Repent & Believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
(Matt 4:17, Matt 13:42, Mark 1:15, Luke 13:3-5, Acts 2:38, Acts 3:19, Acts 13:24, Acts 14:15)

Acts 17:30-31 says, "God Commands everyone everywhere to Repent of their Sins and Turn to Him. For He has set a Day for Judging the World with Justice by Jesus Christ."

Jesus says that you must be "Born Again" in order to have Eternal Life. (John 3:3)

We believe that a person is Saved by Grace, not by Works lest anyone should boast. (Eph 2:8-10)

After Repenting & Believing the Gospel we believe that God wants us to live a life that is Holy & Obedient to God's Word (1 Peter 1:14-17, 1 John 2:3-6, Luke 6:46), out of our Love for Jesus (John 14:15, John 15:10)— To Forsake all Sin (1 John 3:9-10); and Surrender all to Jesus on a Daily Basis— Luke 9:23-26, Luke 14:26-27, Luke 14:33, Matt 10:37-39.

SO4J is Non-Denominational and believes the Bible is God's Word and is inspired by God. (2 Tim 3:16)

The Incomparable Christ

Nearly 2000 years ago in an obscure village, a Child was born of a lowly woman. He grew up in another village where He worked as a Carpenter (most likely; his Step-Father Joseph was a Carpenter). When He was about 30 He Taught and Preached.

This Man never went to College or Seminary. He never wrote a Book. He never held Public Office. He never had a Family. He never traveled over 200 miles from His Birthplace. While only in His 30's He was sentenced to Death on a Cross between Two Thieves. His executioners gambled for the only piece of property He had--the simple coat He had worn. His body was laid in a borrowed Grave. Three Days later this Man arose from the dead--living proof that He was, as He had claimed, the Savior whom God had sent, the Incarnate Son of God.

Nineteen Centuries have come and gone and today the risen Lord Jesus Christ is the central figure of the human Race. On our Calendars His Birth divides history into two eras. One day of every week is set aside in remembrance of Him. Our Two most important Holidays celebrate His Birth & Resurrection. This one Man' s life has furnished the theme for more Songs, Books, Poems, and Paintings than any other person or event in History. Thousands of Colleges, Hospitals, Orphanages and other Institutions have been founded in Honor of this One who gave His life for us. All the Armies that ever Marched, all the Navies that ever sailed, all the Governments that ever sat, all the Kings that ever reigned have not changed the course of history as much as this One Solitary Life.

Rev 4:11 “You are WORTHY, O Lord our God, to receive GLORY and HONOR and POWER. For you created ALL things, and they Exist because you created what you Pleased.”

Rev 5:12 "And they sang in a MIGHTY CHORUS: “WORTHY IS THE LAMB WHO WAS SLAUGHTERED— to receive POWER and RICHES and WISDOM and STRENGTH and HONOR and GLORY and BLESSING.”

Rev 5:13 "I heard EVERY CREATURE IN HEAVEN and on EARTH and UNDER THE EARTH and in the SEA. They sang: “BLESSING and HONOR and GLORY and POWER belong to the one sitting on the Throne and to the Lamb (JESUS) FOREVER and FOREVER.”

1 Chron 29:11 "Yours, O Lord, is the GREATNESS, the POWER, the GLORY, the VICTORY, and the MAJESTY. Everything in the Heavens and on Earth is yours, O Lord, and this is your Kingdom. We adore you as the one who is OVER ALL THINGS."

PhiL 2:10 "At the NAME OF JESUS every KNEE SHOULD BOW, in HEAVEN and on EARTH and UNDER THE EARTH, and every TONGUE CONFESS that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER."

Acts 4:12 " There is SALVATION IN NO ONE ELSE! God has given NO OTHER NAME UNDER HEAVEN by which we must be SAVED...(JESUS).”

Acts 17:30-31 “God commands everyone everywhere to REPENT OF THEIR SINS AND TURN TO HIM. For He has set a DAY FOR JUDGING THE WORLD with JUSTICE by the Man He has Appointed, and He Proved to everyone who this is by RAISING HIM FROM THE DEAD.”
